You are right.: It could very well be a kidney stone. Please seek medical attention, keep yourself hydrated well, strain all urine with a paper funnel for stone pieces for analysis. Take stiff paper and tape it to make a funnel, if you can. The stone can help the doctor decide how to prevent future ones. You will need pain meds if it is kidney stones. They are very painful.

Right flank pain: It is a possibility . Other possibilities are diverticulitis, Adnexitis or even appendicitis . I would suggest that you have it checked You probably will need a pelvic ultrasound or CT scan , urine test and blood test.

Frank about Flank: Well, like my car mechanic said today,"Could be a lotta things."Which meant to me a big bill. So to get your head straight about this (at no cost to you...yet): Yes.It could be a kidney stone, especially if it comes on out of nowhere (e.g. no activity) and makes you nauseous and want to either die or give. birth to it.If these episodes don't go away soon, see a doctor for a few tests to see what up
