27 year old female. i have pain in my lower left back hurts when i move a certain way came outta no where today. its my very lower back before my butt and into my side a little could it be a kidney stone? or more like a pulled muscle?

It would be too low for a kidney stone and is more likely related to the musculoskeletal system as it gets worse with movement. Treat symptomatically with rest, moist heat or cold packs and Tylenol or Ibuprofen. If the pain is not resolving or gets worse, follow up with your family physician.

Kidney stone pain does not affect that area. It is more a 'pulled muscle or from the nerve in the area. Try ibuproften, local heat and avoid lifting or exertion and you should be OK soon
