See your doc: Kidney stones would not cause blood in stool.Are you taking NSAIDs such as ibuprofen/Naprosyn or asprin.Ifso stop as that can cause it.Left lower back pain could be UTI but that would not cause the blood in stool.Could be diverticulitis which would.Hemrrhoids would but should not cause the pain described.Blood in stool is not good so see someone soon.
