I had gallbladder surgery a year ago and i still have reactions such as diarrhea and stomach cramps every time i eat (low fat) is this normal?

Some patients who underwent cholecystectomy experienced diarrhea, which could be associated with the malabsorption of bile acid Go easy on the fat. Avoid high-fat foods, fried and greasy foods, and fatty sauces and gravies for at least a week after surgery.
