No but: No your body still adjusting to the idea of digestion without GB and still adjusting . If diarrhea not better in six months from surgery ask either your doctor or your surgeon for special medicine for that not diarrhea medicine. If your problem persisted you might need a full work up with upper and lower endoscopy to rule out IBS irritable bowel syndrome . Good luck
