Not really: Stuff happens. Unless you are immune deficient, which is something they would have detected during your treatment, you return to baseline. Discuss any concerns with your regular doc & s/he can work out any extra precautions with your dentist.

Ask Dentist: Although your brief history does not indicate need for pre-Rx antibiotics, you should put this question to your Dentist or Oral Surgeon. If necessary, your Dentist will refer you to your Physician for a status evaluation, and then they can consult as to your concerns.
