A member asked:

Sinus issues caused bacterial meningitis 4 years ago, recovered. safe to fly? or does flying make me susceptible to sinus issues or meningitis again?

Wouldn't think so: This is far from the barnstorming days when aircraft were open to the air/pressure of flight. Pressurized cabins eliminate the basic issues of altitude change that might be considered. I don't think an issue from 4 years ago should alter your approach to life today.
