My mom is having pain in her lower back and it severely effects her mobility. she has trouble moving without using objects around her. what do i do???

Back pain: F/u /w x-rays to check for fractures If negative may be spinal stenosis - seen on MRI. Medications used motrin products if not allergic/ stomach or bleeding issues, muscle relaxants, steroids(few days or injected) , gabapentin, kinesiotape topically, ice/ warm compresses .Vit D 2000 mg / day, Vit C 500 mg / day, tumeric 1/2 teasp /day, fish oil( if not on blood thinner) f/u /w/ doc, PT
