No good treatment: To be honest, there is no good treatment for either lewy body dementia or end stage ovarian cancer. If this were my mom, i would keep her in hospice, spend as much time as you can with her and keep her comfortable!

Hospice have : Differing rules and regulations regarding acceptance of patients. It's difficult for u to plead your case against a big institution. Other options for u is to apply for fmla for urself to help with your mom's care or privately hire an LPN or cna for this purpose. God bless u and ur mom!
