Stage IV: Essential the primary lesion have been removed since the primary is polyclonal with populations that can metastasize to numerous sites The metastasis are clonal and stay in the organ it has spread to. Whats in lung stays in lung etc. If primary out then tumor treatment defined as to markers with Her-2 response, ER, PR neg or pos. If failed chemo then fresh bx for chemosensitization needed
