Palate : There are many causes you f ulcers in the mouth, most common causes are virus, trauma or burns from hot foods and they typically heal in 10-14 days. If your does not heal in this time it is important to have this evaluated by a dentist or oral surgeon to find out the cause. This cannot be determined without seeing the area.
