Oral Surgeon: See an oral surgeon to get a diagnosis and treatment. It is unusual for bone to be exposed like that for 3 weeks.

Don't wait: Any lesion that has not fully healed within 2 weeks of onset requires immediate intervention. Obviously waiting for it to heal has been counterproductive. See General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon yesterday rather than tomorrow.

Don't delay: seek help from dentist asap. Any mouth sore lasting more than 2 weeks needs to be looked at.
