Yes!!!: How do you know it is wax? The best way to soften ear wax is dilute sodium bicarbonate /[baking soda].

Ear wax stuck in ear? I took a shower last night and i still have some sort of water/wax buildup impairing my hearing in my left ear. I tried dropping rubbing alcohol in it and using an expired tube of debrox, but no luck, yet also no physical pain.
