Thyroidologist: I'm unclear what antibodies near zero signifies. Hypothyroidism is often caused by antithyroglobulins antibodies and high levels are seen in autoimmune hypothyroidism(hashimoto's thyroiditis). A thyroidologist or endocrinologist can advise you best regarding your status and genetic patterns.
