Hard lump: Without a physical examination and appropriate imaging it is impossible to give you a definitive diagnosis. Could be bone spicule, root tip, encapsulated abscess, and so many other things. Return to the Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon who removed the tooth. He/she is responsible for your post surgical care.
