Couple of things: 2-3 times/ year of insomnia is not very bad. Many people have much more frequent problems. No caffeine late in day , Read up on tips for falling asleep. Don't know Risnia syrup. Physical check up always good idea. There are various sleep meds available for occas insomnia, Discuss with doctor. If underlying psych issues always good idea to have psych evaluation.
