I just had a tooth pulled on friday and have been taking i have a couple amoxicillin should i take those or what can i do about the severe sore throat?

Self medication: Self medication can be dangerous. For example the proper course of antibiotic therapy is at least a wee, so don't just take the couple you just have lying around. Do not know what post-treatment instructions or meds you were given, but if you are having a healing problem go back to the Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon who did the extraction for reevaluation and treatment.
