Had sore throat with aches then sore throat got worse went to clinic prescribed amoxicillin 875 mg no strep no flu no covid she gave me bc of ears possible infection she said it would take care of throat too went to primary said it was virus?

Your primary care doctor was correct, antibiotic is not indicated. You can take tylenol for sore throat and body aching. Unless you had PCR for covid 19, rapid antigen test can be falsely negative.
