See doctor: if the soreness is not going away You need to see a doctor. You can take theraflu with amoxicillin

You can: Keep in mind. Most likely you have a viral illness and this is why the amoxicillin does not work. Try more fluids both hot and cold and rest Tylenol (acetaminophen) for discomfort
