Concerning: Vomiting after feeds may either be due to overfeeding or possibly pyloric stenosis. More about pyloric stenosis https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/pyloric-stenosis/symptoms-causes/syc-20351416 . Important to followup with pediatrician if vomiting persists.
