My 4 month old son seems to be throwing up after feeding (breast milk) but theres no fever is this cause for concern its happened about 4 times already looks like all his milk comes out after the feed ?

Vomiting : It could be due to mild stomach infection or reflux. Try to burp him well after the feeding and give small frequent feeds. If it continues to happen or he is urinating less then see a doctor.
