Is baby growing ?: If baby is happy more or less and ready to refeed after sptting it is likely simple reflux. As long as baby wets diapers every 6 hours and is growing, i don't get very concerned. The spitting can increase and peak around 4 mo as baby becomes more active. If baby doesn't wet but every 8hrs or more, you need to have it evaluated.
