24 day old newborn vomits roughly 2 - 3 times daily on a diet of breast milk and formula, the vomiting occurs after feeding from breast and bottle. there are no signs of blood in the vomit. this has been happining for about 1 week?

GERD: Sounds like normal baby spit-up. If baby is growing and gaining weight well, a happy and content baby and not having any respiratory problems such as cough or wheezing that could be caused by reflux, i wouldn't worry about it. Less likely is baby has a sensitivity to cow's milk in the formula. If symptoms worsen or baby not gaining weight, consider alternative formula - talk to your pediatrician
