My 2.5mnths old is drinking breastmilk, after each feed she spits up even after burping. most times she spits up water like substance and not milk. what could be the problem? she is 6.3kg & takes 125ml/feed(eats every 4hours)

Reflux: Not uncommon for a small baby to have reflux. You should discuss the symptoms with your pediatric provider at your next visit.
