Lymph nodes under my chin have been swollen for a few months, recently started getting diarrhoea, other lymph nodes show under skin but had for years?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. Diarrhea is probably unrelated to the nodes. You may watch and wait - You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
