Went to urgent care about lump in breast. they didnt do an examination-simply said it was anxiety. then they said i had a fever. thoughts? worrisome?

Mastitis in a breastfeeding woman, can be taken care of at Urgent Care, for example. A non-inflamed breast lump is not an Urgent Care problem, and is normally evaluated at one's primary care doctor's office. It's time to see one's primary care doctor or Ob-Gyn doctor.
