? Both: I am not sure if you are nursing, but if you are better not from that breast for now, alternate warm and cold compresses, use a pain killer, if no improvement in few hours, please see your doctor

Dxd mastitis on tuesday, prescription dicloxacill 500 mg qid. 11 doses so far, fever still 99.6, breast very red, pain improved but still hurts to use that pec.?
