Mastitis: Sounds like an infection in your breast. Warm compresses, express milk and see your doctor for definite diagnosis and antibiotics if needed.

Infection: It is possible that you have an infection due to breastfeeding. You should contact your ob-gyn and ask to be referred to a breast specialist.
