An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen, especially with symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease. A doctor can evaluate for gall bladder or other problems.

23 y.o female, Suffering from palpitations esp. in the morning. Done(holter, ecg, ekg, abdominal ultrasound, blood tests). Holter showed sinus tachycardia at 178 bpm. I also have low blood pressure. Any idea what it is? Doctors are confused.
