I have really bad in my right groin area. i had a ct scan done and it showed fluid in fallopian tubes. is it possible that this is ectopic?

Pregnancy test: If you had an ectopic pregnancy then your pregnancy test would be positive. Check one. It sounds like they found hydrosalpinx. Consider seeing an Obgyn who can evaluate the CT scan and confirm the diagnosis
