Caution: All essential oils can be potentially harmful. Essential oils can cause harm when consumed. This is dose dependent. One drop may not cause you harm but if you feel sick at all please contact the American Association of Poison Control Centers at 1-800-222-1222 or PoisonHelp.org. And do not ever consume essential oils again!

Yes, but use caution: Essential oils are powerful therapeutic agents. There is controversy about the safety of taking them internally but a famous saying is the poison is in the dose so they are safe in small amounts when diluted.
