Myelopathy: Your symptoms could be a number of different things. In the possibilities is spinal cord compression causing all the symptoms described. If you have an evaluation of your brain (mri), i would also simultaneously image your cervical spine just to make sure there is no congenital stenosis or a disk/spur causing all the commotion.
