Pelvis ultrasound shows no acute process identified found?

Good for you: "No acute process" means nothing was seen to suggest an active disease. Presumably any "significant" chronic process would be described in the report. Sometimes we radiologists shy away from just using the term "normal" so we don't have to explain it if we end up in court.

33 week baby ultrasound shows prominent renal pelvises. Left 5.8mm and the right is 8.7cm. Isn't that a huge issue?
I just did a ultrasound and it show tht my baby renal pelvises are prominent but size is within normal range?
