A few!: The most important thing is what you select. While I am far from being diabetic, I am on a low carb diet since 1985. If I have a fast food sandwich, it can't be breaded and i remove the sugar BUN and wrap it in a low carb/high fiber torilla. Eat a slad without "sweet, " dressing. And no fries! no sugar drinks. Water or unsweetened tea!
