Healthy food!: Hi. There are a lot of fad diets out there of no objective benefit; and you'll get ripped off buying that scam. I recommend whole grains (no refined or "white" flour), healthy oils (canola & olive), fruits & veggies, nuts, legumes, lean meats, nonfat dairy, and minimal saturated fat and simple sugar. I don't recommend artificial sweeteners...sugar is OK in moderation - you take Insulin for it!
