Sucralfate: or carafate, is used for peptic ulcer, covers the ulcer site for protection, with minimal systemic absorption, and not known exactly what's the half life, however it wouldn't be long before it gets out of the system, given it's dosing is several times a day, I'd figure a day or two at the most, best wishes

Carafate: It may take a little over 4 days for Carafate to be totally gone from your body.
