Not likely: Carafate (sucralfate) forms a coating around the stomach to protect it from acid, bile salts, and digestive enzymes. Any amount getting absorbed into the bloodstream, if any, would be trace amounts. Similarly, no significant amount of topical antiperspirant is absorbed. Aluminum toxicity is not a concern.
