I have a 3 year old son.he is not talking full sentences.and prefers to take you to what he wants or points out things he wants.is this normal?

Worrisome: I would expect a 3 yo to have >250 words and use 3 word sentences. Seventy five % of their words could be understood by strangers. The behavior of dragging someone to get his needs is worrisome. He needs an evaluation by his peds and speech & language specialist.
