My three year old is not talking proper sentences. should i be concerned? she can convey what she is trying to say but in complete sentences.

Language : Although a 3 yo should be speaking sentence, grammatically correct sentences are not yet required or expected. Additionally, only 75% of their speech i expected to be understood by strangers. If your child is not meeting theae expections, see your doctor. A hearing test may be warranted.
