Should be evaluated: His language development is obviously delayed. How about his motor skills and social interactions? If he lags only in speech development, he'll need speech therapy after proper evaluations including hearing test.

They will test his cognitive skills, receptive/expressive & other language skills, social/adaptive/self-help skills & fine & gross motor skills.They'll also screen for autism.
