At least something! : Please, 'eat something' is better than nothing. I recommend a protein source and some complex carbhohydrates. Oatmeal provides the later, with fiber and cholesterol lowering benefits. Yogurt provides the protein, calcium, probiotics without fat. Provided you like the stuff - no point in eating things you don't like.

Healthy breakfast.: With the understanding that breakfast is an important meal in your day, start generally with leaner and more energizing choices. Cereals rich with complex carbohydrates and fiber for sustained energy, with skim or 1% milk to keep it lighter. Low fat yogurt and fresh fruit. Egg whites and whole grain toast. Try to avoid fatty breakfast meats. Keep your proteins lean.
