Ashwagandha has a wide range of proven benefits. I recommend it to almost all my patients. It gives energy but is also calming. It often improves sleep, even if taken in the morning. I find most people benefit more from taking it in the morning, but some do better taking it at bedtime and some take it AM and PM. Experiment to see how you feel taking it AM vs. PM.
