I take sertraline, alprazolam every day and fioricet and bentyl as need. is it ok if i take zzzquil triple action at night can't sleep. chamomile, lemon balm, valerian root, lavender and ashwagandha? are the herbs?

You are likely taking too many medications and supplements. Discuss with your local Dr. Alprazolam has a BLACK BOX warning you need to read. Go to Drugs.com and do medication interaction check. I never recommend supplements of herbs. The often contain stuff you do not want: arsenic, mercury, licorice, bat wings-what ever the maker wants to put in them. There is no regulation of supplements.
