Unclear: It would be atypical to have vaginal atrophy while on a birth control pill that contains Estrogen. If atrophy was diagnosed by a gynecologist then a topical estrogen treatment may be appropriate.

No...and yes: So if you still have an uterus (meaning no hysterectomy) taking UNOPPOSED / USING Unopposed estrogen (meaning without progesterone) - can cause an endometrial cancer - so there are ways of using this and there are other ways to treated atrophy too.

Vaginal atrophy/bcps: Alesse contains both an estrogen and a synthetic progestin, although in low doses. This estrogen should protect against "atrophy". Before using any additional supplements, see your gyn provider for an exam and advice.
