Atrophy: Generally it takes up to 12 weeks to reestrogenize the vagina and then you need to continue your creame forever.

A little bit longer: I generally recommend treatment for 12 weeks before judging the result. Sometimes the dose needs to be altered, but best to wait a bit before making changes.
