Check: The systemic absorption from vaginal estrogen is very minimal and should not be an issue however i would like you run it by your oncologist too.

Estrogen cream: In general, vaginal estrogen is very minimally absorbed. We as oncologists use it frequently. If you are worried then don't use it.
