Using estrace cream for atrophy for 1 wk. now have a milky white discharge most of the time. is this what it is supposed to do? no itch or funky smell

Common: The estrace cream 'melts' over time. So, this could be the cream itself. Over time, you might return to having your normal vaginal discharge from natural vaginal secretions. As Always, have your doctor examine you to make sure.

Yes: Yes, that is the medication coming out of the vagina as well as its' impact on the vaginal epithelium.
