Depends on test: Not a typical number to report on a lung function test(pft). Possible explanations are lab error or even air trapping if on a certain portion of test. Need to know full pft report. These test are based on age/sex/race/weight etc. Need to see the test in completness.

Need more info: Its like asking what a number 300 means on a corporate financial disclosure. It could be the page number, the number of employees that got their flu shot, or the Model of copier they have in the back office. Please be more specific, or ask the doctor who did the lung function tests.
