Separate terms: The correct term for psychopathy or sociopathy is antisocial personality disorder. This refers to somebody who has no conscience and no empathy. Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder. Those with schizophrenia suffer from various types of hallucinations. Essentially these are two completely separate, and unrelated clinical diagnoses.
