Immune effects/URI: You can use saline drops to clear the nose (OTC). Observe the fever and use panda every 3 hrs until subsides. If other signs occur and fever persists, bring her in to be checked by her pedi MD to rule out an intercurrent illness, separate from immunization effect. Welcome to health tap, Dr. Ivy Fisher
